By purchasing a product, booking a consultation or using a service from Feng Shui Balance, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Feng Shui Balance provides Feng Shui consultations, personalised home analyses, fertility-focused Feng Shui services, written reports, digital products and educational resources. The exact inclusions of each service or product are outlined on the relevant sales or booking page.
2. Feng Shui disclaimer
Feng Shui is a complementary practice intended to support your environment, wellbeing and personal goals. Every person, home and circumstance is different, so individual experiences and outcomes will vary. Feng Shui Balance does not guarantee specific results relating to health, fertility, relationships, career, finances or any other area of life. Information provided through this website, consultations, reports, digital resources, emails or social media is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, architectural or other qualified advice.
3. Fertility + wellbeing
Fertility-focused services may discuss stress, nervous-system regulation, sleep, wellbeing and Fertility Feng Shui. These services are designed to complement the medical or fertility care you may already be receiving. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and pregnancy or any specific fertility outcome cannot be guaranteed.
4. Client responsibility
You agree to provide complete and accurate information where required for a personalised service, including relevant property details, floor plans, photographs and other information requested. Recommendations are based on the information provided. You remain responsible for deciding how and when to implement them and for seeking appropriately qualified professional advice where required.
5. Payments, cancellations + refunds
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement is offered. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Because personalised services involve work prepared specifically for you and your home, change-of-mind refunds are not available once work has commenced. For digital products and downloadable resources, change-of-mind refunds are not available once access has been provided. Where a live appointment is included, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
6. Confidentiality + privacy
Personal, property and fertility-related information shared with Feng Shui Balance will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be publicly shared without your permission unless required or authorised by law.
7. Copyright + personal use
All reports, guides, diagrams, audio recordings, videos, downloads and website content provided by Feng Shui Balance remain the intellectual property of Feng Shui Balance unless otherwise stated. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, published or used commercially without prior written permission. Personalised reports are prepared for the client and property for which they were purchased and should not be relied upon as advice for another person or home.
8. Third-party products + services
Feng Shui Balance may occasionally recommend products, suppliers, practitioners or other external resources. These recommendations are made in good faith, but Feng Shui Balance is not responsible for the quality, suitability, availability or performance of third-party products or services.
9. Testimonials + personal experiences
Testimonials, client stories and Natalie’s personal experiences reflect individual experiences only. They are shared for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that another person will experience the same result.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Feng Shui Balance is not responsible for loss, damage, injury or other outcomes arising from the use of our website, products, services or Feng Shui recommendations. You remain responsible for using reasonable judgment when implementing recommendations and for engaging appropriately qualified professionals where building, electrical, structural or other specialist work is involved. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
Feng Shui Balance may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
