The Home Balance

Once you’ve booked, Natalie will guide you through everything needed to analyse your home. This will include your full home address, a floor plan of your property, the year your home was built, details of any major renovations or structural changes, photos of the front and back of your property and the main spaces within your home, some information about how each room is currently used, and a little about what’s happening in your life and what you’d most like your home to support. Don’t worry if you don’t have every detail immediately — Natalie will let you know exactly what’s needed and help you fill in any gaps where possible.

You don’t need architectural drawings. You may already be able to find one through the original real estate listing or property sales documents, your local council or building authority, the builder or architect, or strata records if you live in an apartment or complex. If you can’t find one, you can create your own using graph paper or an online floor-plan tool — the important thing is that the layout and proportions are accurate and drawn to scale. If you’re unsure whether your plan is suitable, Natalie can help you check it before your analysis begins.

Not at all. You don’t need to understand Flying Stars, Five Element cycles or any of the technical principles behind your analysis — that’s Natalie’s job. Your Home Balance translates everything into clear, practical instructions so you know what needs attention, what changes to make and exactly where to make them.

Your personalised Home Balance Report will be delivered within 14 days once Natalie has received all the information needed to complete your analysis. Because every Home Balance is created individually, this 14-day timeframe begins once your property information, floor plan and required photographs have been received.

In most cases, the changes are much simpler than you might expect. The Home Balance is not an interior redesign, and the aim isn’t to replace everything you own or fill your home with obvious Feng Shui cures. Many remedies can be introduced through thoughtful changes to placement, colour, materials, artwork, plants, lighting and everyday decorative objects, and your Elements + Remedies Guide will show you how to incorporate what your home needs in a way that works naturally with your existing style. The aim is to balance your home — not change what you love about it.

You won’t be left to implement everything on your own. Your Home Balance includes 4 weeks of personal email support with Natalie from the date your report is delivered, so you can ask questions, check remedy choices and get clarification as you work through your action plan — making each change knowing you’re implementing it correctly.

The underlying Feng Shui blueprint of your home stays the same, but additional annual energies move into different areas of the home each year, shifting around the beginning of the Feng Shui year in early February. Your 2027 Annual Remedies Update, valued at USD $195 and included as a bonus, will show you whether any of your remedies need to be adjusted, moved, removed or supplemented for the year ahead — so you can keep your Home Balance current without starting the entire process again.

Yes. The entire Home Balance process has been designed to work remotely, so Natalie can analyse and work with homes anywhere in the world. You’ll provide the property information, plans and photographs needed for the analysis, and Natalie will guide you through the process from there.
